Erection of Shell Package

Materials, equipment and labor crews are provided to construct and erect the structural steel or red iron, panelized load-bearing walls, choice of floor system, roof trusses, exterior sheathing, non-load bearing walls, misc. stick framing, concrete or gypsum based floors, and the insulation, drywall, and foundation package if requested.


Project Management & Site Supervision

Experienced and qualified personnel are provided for each project. Responsibilities include, maintaining project schedule, problem solving, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through best of practices.




In ARSIGNUM all the prefabricated / panelized home elements are first designed by special timber structure CAD programs, which ensure the preciseness of products and a smooth assembling process. After the timber is prepared and other materials, all having CE marking, are delivered to the factory – the wooden house is produced. Each element passes thorough quality control in the factory. As the panels are produced in a horizontal position and pressed by special presses - wooden house stability is ensured. Production takes place indoors and so the thermal insulation and strength properties are protected from adverse environmental impact, and this ensures the longevity of prefabricated houses. We also install the windows of chosen type to the panels before transportation.


House assembling at the building site is done by a team, who have more than 8 years' of experience in this type of construction, enabling us to provide the shortest possible assemby time. We can also provide interior finishing works, roofing installation services and other services or materials that you might require for your project.

Glued laminated timber, or glulam, is a highly innovative construction material. Pound for pound, glulam is stronger than steel and has greater strength and stiffness than comparably sized dimensional lumber. Increased design values, improved product performance, and cost competitiveness make glulam the superior choice for projects from simple beams and headers in residential construction to soaring arches for domed roofs spanning more than 150 meters.

Glulam is a stress-rated engineered wood beam composed of wood laminations, or "lams", that are bonded together with durable, moisture-resistant adhesives. The grain of the laminations runs parallel with the length of the member. Glulam is versatile, ranging from simple, straight beams to complex, curved members. Glulam is available in both custom and stock sizes and one of four appearance classifications: premium, architectural, industrial, or framing.

No man-made material can replicate the climate, which is created by the natural log walls. People suffering from asthma will easily confirm this. The secret behind this is the unique ability of the log – “breathing”.
